Probably one of the most over looked tools in any baker’s kitchen are Measuring cups and measuring spoons, yet accurate measurement is essential to consistently bake great pies. Measuring cups and spoons come in many shapes and sizes, plus a wide range in prices. Make sure your measuring cups are easy to read and feel comfortable when using them. (Tip) Make sure your measuring tools fit easily into your ingredient containers and level with little overflow. (Tip) Plastic Measuring tools can be used in the microwave.
